Where promotional terms differ from these Terms and Conditions, the promotion terms will apply. Misuse of bonuses, including using multiple accounts to claim offers, may result in bonus cancellation and account action.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods. Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals are subject to verification and may be processed Monday to Friday with a pending period of up to 48 hours. Bank transfers can take several business days to reach you, typically 3 - 10 banking days. Withdrawals will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint please contact our support team in the first instance. We will aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution service where applicable.
